Following a merger, 21 Training needed to cut administration, retire on-premises systems and improve collaboration across sites in Northern Ireland. Transparity delivered a full migration to Microsoft Azure and implemented Endpoint Manager, creating a secure training platform on Azure that lets staff access files safely from any device and deploy new devices quickly.
The outcome was a scalable, reliable cloud environment that connected branches, provided pay-as-you-go cost control, reduced maintenance overheads and freed IT to focus on improvement—underpinned by device and data protection aligned with our Defender for Cloud capabilities.

Following a merger, 21 Training needed to reduce their administrative workload and move their on-premises infrastructure to Azure. They were also hoping to boost collaboration between the merged organisations by embracing cloud technologies.

We suggested a full Azure migration with Endpoint Manager to provide additional security for their users and devices.
By migrating to Azure, 21 Training gained a platform that would scale and grow with them – connecting their offices across Northern Ireland to enable better collaborative working. Plus, Azure’s pay-as-you-go model offered them better control over their spend without the headache of maintaining on-premises infrastructure. As a result, their team can focus on supporting their communities and forget about expensive hardware updates and time-consuming software updates.
We implemented Endpoint Manager to support the security of their devices across all their offices. This means users can securely access the data and files they need from anywhere on any device. The team at 21 Training can also secure and deploy new devices quickly, allowing them to onboard new team members more easily.
As a result of this project, 21 Training have a reliable, flexible and scalable cloud environment to support them across branches as they grow. Built with security in mind they can be confident their Azure infrastructure will support their future development, with Endpoint Manager to deliver a further layer of security.
21 Training have removed the cost and maintenance demands of their on-premise estate and opted for a fully cloud-based infrastructure. Their IT team now spend less time on maintenance and managing requests from users, and more time on innovating and improving systems to support the organisation’s growth and development.
