Using procurement automation software, Transparity helped Trustmarque replace thousands of monthly paper purchase orders and invoices for Microsoft licenses with an automated eProcurement workflow on BizTalk Server. Transparity implemented xCBL/SAP mappings, secure HTTPS transport, robust error handling, and orchestrations to govern validations and business processes—drawing on our App Innovation and Application Integration expertise. The result streamlined procurement and significantly reduced man-hours while fully automating this licensing process.
Trustmarque deals with a large volume of Microsoft licenses and this was resulting in many thousands of paper purchase orders and invoices being exchanged every month.
