Andrew stayed managing the team for two years to ensure a smooth organisational transition and has now passed the role onto Oliver Bruffell, the new Head of Practice.
For the Application Innovation practice, yes, Geoff is the technical lead for all things custom software. However as Transparity as a whole has a CTO, Geoff’s role is now named Technical Head of Practice.
Yes, with Geoff at its helm and a team of over 30 architects, developers, testers and project managers, we are the team you know. Additionally, Transparity has focussed practice areas for each technical speciality such as infrastructure, data and security, so we retain our focused expertise and work directly with other such experts

Gary Chase is now the Head of PMO, so still supervising your projects closely and Szilvia Vegh remains the Operations and Finance Manager within Application Innovation.
