The audit results
To land this designation, we needed to demonstrate our capabilities across our Service Desk, Security Operations Centre (SOC), and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams. The auditors looked at three core questions: Can we support customers? Are we doing it effectively? Are we doing it well?
We passed the two-part audit with zero action items. During the assessment year, we proved our ability to handle complex issues at scale:
- High volume, high resolution: Our teams handled around 61,000 tickets.
- Rare escalations: Only 0.48% of tickets needed escalation to Microsoft, meaning we efficiently resolve the vast majority of issues in-house.
- Consistent satisfaction: Our customer survey scores never dipped below an average of 4.7 out of 5.
