It’s been all hands on deck at Transparity over the recent weeks as we’ve been busy securing our spot as the most accredited Microsoft Pureplay Partner in the UK. And it’s safe to say it’s been worth every second. We’ve managed to successfully renew our Azure Expert MSP status and all six Solution Designations with flying colours!
Microsoft have different accreditations to help not only identify their top partners, but also to identify what partner is the most suitable with on a specific project. Securing these accreditations isn’t easy, partners have to prove their capabilities and referenceability through a vigorous auditing process.

Microsoft created the program to elevate only the most capable and knowledgeable Managed Service Providers, in order to help Microsoft customers find an MSP that can deliver the very best expertise and support for cloud implementations. To become an Azure Expert MSP, a number of rigorous steps are required by Microsoft Partners to showcase their expert knowledge in delivering the entire cloud lifecycle, including a time and cost-intensive auditing process from a 3rd party. This isn’t a one time audit but partners have yearly re-evaluations to ensure those accredited continue to meet the the latest technology standards.
We’ve managed to secure this for the fourth year running. This close alignment over the years enables us to provide our customers with routes to funded resources, give extra support and advice for how to get the most out of investment in Microsoft technology, benefit from early access to new releases as well as working with some of the best industry-leading experts.
Microsoft has created six Solutions Partner designations to correspond to each of the specific solution areas provided by Microsoft. Here at Transparity, as we have specialist teams in each of the solution areas, we are very proud to have achieved all six of the associated solutions partner designations.
Our eligibility for Solutions Partner designations is based on the capability score we achieve. Our capability score is monitored by Microsoft and is a composite score that quantifies performance across the skill and certifications of our consultants, the number of customers we are helping in the area and our success in delivering projects and support for those customers.
We have passed the audit in all of the service areas by showcasing we have skilled and certified engineers and experience delivering these services with many customers.
