Side-by-side in Paddington to help customers maximise their Microsoft investments

London, 10th September 2025 – Transparity, a leading Microsoft partner in the UK, today announced the opening of its new headquarters at Microsoft’s UK base, 2 Kingdom Street, in Paddington, marking the next stage in its growth journey.

The move strengthens collaboration with Microsoft, creates new opportunities for customers to co-innovate, and provides a dynamic space for employees from both organisations to connect and thrive.

We call it Growth as Usual. Today, we continue to innovate and drive impact for our customers, at increasing scale. One of our superpowers is the incredible partnership we have earned with Microsoft – this is based on trust and deep expertise. We are doubling down on a decade of high-quality partnership, that has delivered meaningful business outcomes for our joint customerssaid Paul Bolt, CEO, Transparity.

Transparity’s market acceleration follows a funding round with Bowmark Capital LLP in September 2024, supporting its ambition to become a dominant UK player known for solving complex technology challenges across enterprises of all sizes. As part of this, the company is investing in a central London base to drive acceleration and co-innovation with Microsoft, while also increasing market presence and brand visibility.

“This is a milestone moment for Transparity. We’re stepping into a new era, creating an even stronger connection with Microsoft in our new London HQ and previewing a bold new brand identity launching later this month,” added Bolt.

With unrivalled accreditations, a deep partnership with Microsoft, and a people-first culture, Transparity has built a reputation for trusted delivery, underpinned by thousands of hours of Microsoft expertise.

“Microsoft is truly delighted to see Transparity create a new base in the very same building as our London headquarters. Transparity has long been one of our most trusted partners, helping customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft technologies. Their new Hub in Paddington is a strong signal of their commitment to our shared customers, innovation, and our mutual partnership.”  said Nick Hedderman, Channel Lead, Microsoft UK&I.

The Paddington Hub is more than a workplace. Designed for collaboration with customers, Microsoft experts, and partners, it will host workshops, strategy sessions, and innovation projects. It also reflects Transparity’s Winning From Anywhere® culture, combining flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face connection.
